Cancellation Policy Cancellation by You: Cancellation received up to 45 days before arrival: 100% refund (except non-refundable flights and hotels) Cancellation received 44–30 days before arrival: 70% refund Cancellation received 29–15 days before arrival: 50% refund Cancellation received 14–0 days before arrival or no-show: Non-refundable Cancellations must be made in writing by email. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which we receive your written notice. Cancellation by Us: In rare cases where we must cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer either: A full refund, or, the option to reschedule to another date that suits you. 4. Force Majeure We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, civil unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions. In such cases, we will offer flexible options, including rescheduling or future credit. 5. Travel Insurance Our tours include only basic local insurance, valid during your time in Turkey. However, we strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance in your home country to cover medical needs, trip delays, baggage loss, and other risks. 6. Health & Medical Conditions By booking with us, you confirm that all travelers in your group are in suitable health to participate in the itinerary. You must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility issues. We are not responsible for any complications arising from undisclosed conditions. 7. Passport & Visa Requirements It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid and you meet all visa requirements for entry into Turkey.
