Our tour guide, Parviz, was fantastic, ensuring everything was perfectly organised. I initially contacted a number of Turkish tour companies outlining our requirements. He curated a tour with amazing accommodation and incredible experiences starting at Cappadocia. The early morning balloon ride was a real highlight and should not be missed! We had a long drive to Pamukkale, but the tour limo was so spacious and comfortable we enjoyed the sightseeing along the way. Another highlight was the three-day sailing trip on a gulet from Fethiye following the Mediterranean coast. It was so relaxing and beautiful and we were able to enjoy the company of a fun group of people from around the world. We also explored the stunning Black Sea region, visiting Trabzon and Rize, which were equally amazing and such a contrast from Turkeys south. Deposit & Payment A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival in Turkey. Bank transfer (bank details provided upon request) 2. Secure payment via our website or link 3. Credit card via Mail Order form (processed through Turkiye Akbank) Note: Bank transfer fees are the clients responsibility. Credit card payments may incur additional fees. Once the deposit is received, the tour price is fixed and guaranteed, regardless of future price changes or exchange rate fluctuations. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellation by You: - More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund (except for non-refundable flight tickets) - 30-60 days before arrival: Only actual non-refundable costs (e.g. hotel deposits) will be deducted - 15-29 days before arrival: 30% of the total tour cost will be charged - 8-14 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged - 1-7 days before arrival: 100% of the total cost will be charged Cancellations must be made in writing by email. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which we receive your written notice. Cancellation by Us: In rare cases where we must cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer either: A full refund, or The option to reschedule to another date that suits you. 4. Force Majeure We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, civil unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions. In such cases, we will offer flexible options, including rescheduling or future credit. 5. Travel Insurance Our tours include only basic local insurance, valid during your time in Turkey. However, we strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance in your home country to cover medical needs, trip delays, baggage loss, and other risks. 6. Health & Medical Conditions By booking with us, you confirm that all travelers in your group are in suitable health to participate in the itinerary. You must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility issues. We are not responsible for any complications arising from undisclosed conditions. 7. Passport & Visa Requirements It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid and you meet all visa requirements for entry into Turkey.
