Sti. is a fully licensed and registered travel agency under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in Turkey. We are an accredited member of TURSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) with license number: 16603. In this document, the terms "we," "us," "our" refer to Angels Vacations Travel Agency, and "you" refers to the client using our website, booking our services, or traveling with us. 1. Client Responsibility You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information when booking or submitting forms. We are not liable for issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect information. We handle your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and make every effort to protect it. However, we are not responsible for disclosures to necessary third parties such as airlines or hotels involved in your travel arrangements. 2. Deposit & Payment A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival in Turkey. If full payment is not received by the deadline, Angels Vacations reserves the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit. Accepted payment methods include: 1. Bank transfer (bank details provided upon request) 2. Secure payment via our website or link (Powered by WETRAVEL) 3. Credit card via Mail Order form (processed through Turkiye Akbank) Note: Bank transfer fees are the clients responsibility. Credit card payments may incur additional fees. Once the deposit is received, the tour price is fixed and guaranteed, regardless of future price changes or exchange rate fluctuations. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellation by You: Cancellation received up to 45 days before arrival: 100% refund (except non-refundable flights) Cancellation received 44–30 days before arrival: 70% refund Cancellation received 29–15 days before arrival: 50% refund Cancellation received 14–0 days before arrival or no-show: Non-refundable Cancellations must be made in writing by email. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which we receive your written notice. Cancellation by Us: In rare cases where we must cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer either: A full refund, or, the option to reschedule to another date that suits you. 4. Force Majeure We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, civil unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions. In such cases, we will offer flexible options, including rescheduling or future credit. 5. Travel Insurance Our tours include only basic local insurance, valid during your time in Turkey. However, we strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance in your home country to cover medical needs, trip delays, baggage loss, and other risks. 6. Health & Medical Conditions By booking with us, you confirm that all travelers in your group are in suitable health to participate in the itinerary. You must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility issues. We are not responsible for any complications arising from undisclosed conditions. 7. Passport & Visa Requirements It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid and you meet all visa requirements for entry into Turkey. Many nationalities are eligible for an e-Visa via www.evisa.gov.tr . 8. Use of Our Website You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
